Then Patrick called and informed me once Connor was running a few mins behind in traffic, which he truly was all of 5 mins late, and then Connor was very friendly and professional. He spent nearly 2 hrs at my home both talking with me through my project, the options, and ways to make it more economical. That time was partly spent telling me about the company and as he had to call his boss while with me to report back when I would have liked to move on to other things. I was warned their process could take a while upfront, though, and I didn’t walk away feeling pressured to buy."
