"My husband and I are just starting the process of having our home's siding replaced. At the moment, we have painted cedar shakes. Starting the process was very intimidating. We met with Ewan and Frank from Coastal, who took the time to walk around our home and educate us about the individual needs for our home. This "education" included pointing out both what we needed and did not need. What really impressed me, was how they were very sensitive to our budget. Rather than just tell us we needed to replace everything, they observed and suggested what could be retained and would work with our new design. During the design process, Ewan and Frank helped us navigate all the options, showed us samples and had many photos of finished projects to help us visualize what our home will look like after. Their on-line design tool was very cool. They took pictures of our home, and after applying our individual choices, their design tool made it real. "Iif you can dream & envision it, then Coastal Exteriors & Windows will make it happen. The representative from the company I initially dealt with was Roger. He was very polite & professional. He took his time to explain each item I was interested in and answered all the questions I had. With that said, I am beyond thrilled with the results!! I chose to have new siding, roof & gutters done. I decided to go with the Evening Blue James Hardie siding. I absolutely love!! The job itself took approximately 2 weeks to complete from late November to early December 2023. The team that was sent, by the company to do the job was great. They were very polite, courteous and very hard working. They would show up every day promptly at 7am and work until it got dark out. Not only did they complete the job in a timely fashion but they made sure to do the job right.
