"What a fabulous experience. We had Coastal out twice to discuss siding on our home. The first visit Frank and Cody (I think his name was Cody. If not I’m so sorry!) came out conveniently after our long work schedule. They were super informative, answered all of our questions and, most importantly, didn’t make us feel rushed regardless of the later hour. Frank’s no BS style was exactly what we were looking for. We want up honest conversation not sugar coated scripted speeches and he delivered. Neither one of them made us feel pressured and they were extremely professional during my husband’s “negotiations.” The way you can see what your house will look like on the computer is also a plus since I’m a visual person. I was thankful for that touch. We planned to hold off until spring but came across some issues that pushed us up much further. Frank, again, met us at the house same day and we finalized our options.
