"My family & I were quite alarmed when we realized that a chemical odor was coming from an exterior wall of our deck which is right off the living room. It turned out that the source of the odor was vinyl siding which we already knew was melting because the intense sunlight on the deck reflected off of a bay window and created extreme heat on that wall of our house resulting in damaged pieces of vinyl. We had thought these melted pieces of siding were minor until we smelled the noxious odor coming from them and then worried about health issues. So we researched vinyl siding companies on-line that night and signed up for a consultation with Coastal Windows since their reviews were so good.The next morning we got a call from the company and a home visit took place the next day - on a Saturday.
