"I've contacted Coastal twice for help with my house and both times they were extremely honest, helpful and responsive! The first time was to get an estimate for siding and to replace a window. I was told that I didn't actually need siding (yet) and the window that was broken should actually be under manufacturers warantee and the sash could be replaced for free! (This was after being told by another person that I needed to replace my siding asap and the window would only cost an additional $600!) Based on the trust they built the first time, I called them again for porch windows (which most certainly need replacing!). Tim A. and Terry O. came out and both were just as fantastic as the first person! They explained everything, provided a lot of info I hadn't known, gave a very fair price and were incredibly responsive through the whole process! 5 out of 5 would use them again!"

"I used Coastal Windows & Exteriors to put new siding on my house and install a new front door. Emily came to my house to go over the project with me. She helped me pick out the right siding and shutters even calling the owner of the company to discuss what color would match my roof. Emily is great very personable and she cares about you the customer. I met with Jeffrey and Emily to plan what I wanted for my door and they both helped me pick out and design my door. My house looks fantastic! It looks like a brand new house. The crew were fantastic and helped you with all your questions and quickly resolved any issues. The owners of the company David & Stephanie get involved and want you to be satisfied! The inside trim on my door was supposed to be desert sand and it was installed white and I wanted it to match my trim on my windows and doors. Emily came over to asess and fix the issue, matching the paint and going to sherwin williams to get the paint. She then painted the trim to match my doors. I can't say enough about this company! My light had to be moved to the opposite side of my front door so the shutters could fit. David coordinated their electrician to come and rewire. Tim Alcott came to my house on three different occasions to talk to me about their products and services, and was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I really felt like he wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. (The follow up thank you note via snail mail was a special touch!)
