"I reached out to Costal Window and Exterior for a roof replacement. I had an appointment with Jim Faro the next day. Very professional, took measurements and showed me every layer of new product that would be going on my roof once they stripped the old shingles and such off. All in the same visit. I was given two quotes for my roof as I was unsure how big a project I wanted to make it. Jim worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted is working with me still to make sure my new roof goes on ASAP and I have some pretty bad damage from recent storms.
